Arias Solutions was formed to specialize in Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) in all aspects of business operations. My unique background offers insight and a judicious voice into related legal and public affairs matters as well.

I graduated from DePaul University with a bachelor of arts in political science, earned a juris doctor degree from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law, and completed Harvard Business School’s customized marketing program for cable executives. I practiced law, ran cable systems, and built a best in class D&I program. I understand the challenges involved in D&I and I’m prepared to help you move past them.
